Supply and sale of petroleum products is carried out on Russian territory by road and rail. Delivery of the dark fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, and  light fuel, gasoline, diesel fuel is made for industrial enterprises and organizations that use in themanufacture and consume fuel oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, bitumen and other petroleum products.

Refinary in Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai is a part of vertically integrated structure of oil company "Rosneft" from the moment of its foundation. It the most favourably located factory of the Company, moreover, it is a unique Russian  refinary located at the coast of Black sea. It is the oldest refinary of oil company "Rosneft". It has been placed in operation since 1929. Refinary  capacity makes up 5,0 million ton (36,6 million barr.) oil in a year. The factory remanufactures the West Siberian oil which is delivered  by pipelines of CU "Transneft", and also oil recovered by the Company in the south of Russia and delivered  to the refinary by  pipelines CU "Transneft" and by rail. The factory is specialised on production of motor oil. Refinary in Tuapse is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tuapse bulk-oil terminal belonging to the Company. It allows to deliver for export about 90 % of production. The rest of oil products are realised in the domestic market by the marketing enterprises of the Company, including own fuel stations.

Novokuybyshevsky refinary is located in the Samara region and it is also part of Samara group of refineries,bought by oil company "Rosneft" in May, 2007. Refinary capacity makes up 9,6 million ton (70 million barr.) oil in a year. The factory remanufactures the West Siberian oil, and also the oil recovered by the Company in Samara region. Secondary processing capacities of refinary include installations of eat cracking, slowed down coking, catalytic reformer, hydrofining of kerosene and diesel fuel, bitumen installations, and also installation for mixture of gasolines. Thanks to development of secondary processes the Novokuybyshevsky refinery  differs its highest depth of oil refining (about 77%) in the the Samara group of refinaries. It manufactures fuel for all types of transport, components of lubricant oils, bitumens, coke, petrochemistry products.

Achinsky refinary is the unique large oil refining enterprise in Krasnoyarsk Krai. It plays an important role on  the market of oil products of adjoining regions. The factory was bought by oil company "Rosneft" in May, 2007.  Refinary capacity makes up 6,5 million ton (48 million barr.) oil in a year. The factory remanufactures the West Siberian oil delivered on system of pipelines of CU "Transneft". Secondary processing capacities of factory include installations of catalytic reformer,  hydrofining of jet and diesel fuel and  bitumen installations. The refinary is specialised on production of motor and aviation fuel and manufactures more than 100 denominations of oil products. Its production is realised on the territory of Krasnoyarsk Krai and its regions, and also delivered for export.

Angarsky refinary is one of the largest oil refining factories in Russia and plays an important role in Siberia. The factory was built in 1955 and became a part of oil company "Rosneft" in May, 2007. Refinary capacity makes up 13,4 million ton (98 million barr.) oil in a year. The factory remanufactures the West Siberian oil delivered by pipelines of CU "Transneft". Secondary processing capacities of factory include installations of catalytic cracking, slowed down coking, hydrofining of gasolines and diesel fuel, bitumen installation. Thanks to development of secondary processes  Angarsky refinary differs its rather high depth of oil refining — over 75 %. The refinary produces more than 200 denominations of production, including gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel for jet engines, various marks of bitumen, coke, oils. Its production is realised in domestic market and exported to 14 countries of the world.

Komsomolsky refinary is located in a city Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai and is a part of vertically integrated structure of oil company "Rosneft" from the moment of its foundation. Building of the refinary began in 1938, and in 1942 it was placed in operation. Refinary capacity makes up 6,4 million ton (46,9 million barr.) oil in a year. The factory remanufactures the West Siberian oil which is delivered by pipelines of CU "Transneft" to junctions of Ujar (nearby to Krasnoyarsk) and Zuj (near to Angarsk) and further by rail. Besides, the factory processes the oil recovered by the Company on island Sakhalin and delivered to the enterprise by oil pipeline of Oha,  Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The factory is specialised on productioin of motor fuel and jet fuel.

JSC  "Salavatnefteorgsintez" is one of the largest enterprises of petrochemistry in Russia. In period of  high prices for oil joint-stock company "Salacatnefteorgsintez" focused on  modernisation of manufacture, introduction of high technologies, active work on environment protection. JSC  "UfaKhimProm"  is the oldest refinary in Bashkortostan. More than 65 years since June, 20th, 1938 "the Old factory"  has been supplying consumers with qualitative fuel. Today the Ufa oil refinary represents itself classical refinary of  fuel profile, including powerful modern process of primary oil refining,  process of catalytic cracking and also classical processes such as hydrofining of gasoline and diesel fuel, manufacture of elementary sulphur. JSC "UfaKhimProm" is the enterprise specialising on chemical production  (chlorine and soda,  mineral acids, pitches and chemical protection frames of plants, the household chemicals).
